You're might have drawn a good wildcard and been wired right or at least 50% right. A lot of the time the ACT still goes to an input even if they wire up AC1 right. So you can't turn the compressor off but you can at least idle up proper.

I just have the "A/C Request Switch Input" so it can do idle up. As you know my idle is pretty dialed in though, including idle up settings, so maybe that's helping

My idle is also pretty dialed, the compressor off feature isn't really for that tho, although it's nice if you're about to stall it on a rock with a manual I guess. I went back to keeping it simple, just regular ol coolant temp idle DC nums and even turned off long term trimming for idle. It just works well, thing is always where it should be these days.

Dunno. Just kinda always how it's been. Always chalked it up to being a heavy truck with 4cyl power.
Best I got was about 16 iirc before the SC and HT with similar loadout.

Rear gears are 4.88 or 5.29?

4.88. Also ADD spindles with manual diff intermediate shaft, so whole front end spins all the time which doesn't help.

Ah okay, yeah I can see it then. It's tougher with 35s and 4.88, but I bet there is still a good bit left for efficiency tuning. Are you still getting detonation/ping sometimes too?

I was able to get 14/15 mpg the last few tanks after setting up the decel cut. I even went back to 14.7 target AFR in all cells besides the low load cruising area.

And my truck is not light with the DCLB, GFC, LT, 4.88's, 34's and a manual.

If its working for you cool though, you're low boost with the newer SC right?

Yup. I have an early TVS that can't fit smaller than a 65mm pulley without machining the snout. I will have my CNC guy machine it down sometime this winter.

Ah okay, cool. I like that SC so far for efficiency. 12.0 is probably fine low boost with that since it introduces so much less heat. We should talk about it again when you get your snout machined :)

    no doubt there.
I do still have to be careful with building too much boost at lower RPM's & speeds for ping. I've been procrastinating pulling the SC to move the AIT post blower. Hopefully should be able to tune most of it out at that point I'm hoping.

Probably could now, although having the sensor post boost would make it a little easier. Lemme know if you decide you want to tackle that and some efficiency stuff later on

Will do. I'd like to get a pod/screen to display parameters like AIT & etc as well, but the price for many of the options has been a bit prohibitive

I've been coming up with mounting ideas for those, I don't love any one location very much though. I made a set of pillar pods, those are okay just not my style, I made a single din radio set, also okay but out of sight. I am going to try a set in my center console next maybe. Tried the clock too but you know as well as i do you can't see shit there
