    Well, the wife messed up the Fri-YAY! plans and I ended up with very little saucing and a big ol smashed burger instead of steak. She called me just as I got home and said half her local family was at BWW watching the Doyers. I tried for 15 minutes to get an bougie-Uber and nobody would pick me up, so I had to drive.

    Which left Saturday night for a bougie 3-Cosmo with 8oz NY Strip (med rare) and au grautin taters. It's a good thing I have some special pills that make all that meat pass right thru!

    We ended up 86 on Saturday at noon, and 85 yesterday. Made the poly dry a little to fast to level out on the final layers on the 2 nightstands I refinished.
