If you managed to put your foot in the (moving) blades of a push mower....would it matter if a person was wearing shoes?

I mow barefoot everytime , but thats on a rider that shuts off when my ass comes off of the seat.

Starting fluid works great as a contact cleaner.

Compressed air, then clean the hard stuff with a nylon brush and the solvent.

Too bad you specified "engine" oil for the prize. I've got 5 gallons of tractor hydraulic fluid that "looks" mint.

I don't care about brand mixing at all. If I need ½ a quart to top something off, viscosity isn't a factor either.

 

The only switch on a mower I've bypassed was an old mower I had you couldn't mow in reverse. I later learned there was a different key position that did that anyway
