Fun times! I'm exhausted and sore. I can only imagine how you're feeling after 3 days. You're an animal!

I have your clip spliced and uploaded if you want it. :D

I don't, But I've been up close an personal a couple times and IF I take the ADV plunge....that or the T7 will get the call. They seem to hit the sweet spot, IMHO.

The GLMC grand Tour finished up at the end of September and it appears scoring is complete. Looks like I got a third place finish this year with 175 points. For anyone that wants to see the pictures.

    https://charlessnyder.smugmug.com/GLMC-2024-GT

Not quite as cool as the murals from last year but.....3rd place means I get my entry fee refunded again in addition to the t-shirt and trophy. Guess I'll have to sign up to play again next year.

I am just about foaming at the mouth with the idea of getting one of these little electric e2 bikes like a ktm/husky/GG/honda/oset

but I also understand the kid might not take to it as quickly as I may dream, heck if ever at all so will see

I was riding a bicycle without training wheels at 3 so that is my target age right around 3.5 years old for her hopefully

just the amount of options these days is pretty wild, some of those stacycs are very cool and I do plan on trying the strider as well

and of course the obligatory barbie jeep power wheels :mudding:

Congrats, man! Your whole life is gonna change, mostly for the better. I'm looking at getting my daughter one of these for christmas: https://us.earlyrider.com/products/bella-velio?variant=41609690022020

And then I still have her 12v Grom in the garage waiting for her to get old enough to ride it.

I think my kid has adhd so she doesn't stay focused on much too long. Hence why it's taken longer i think but I have found getting my mtb or other kids out helped her. She spent an entire weekend on a strider (not ours) when we finally went camping with some families and their kids.

I'm definitely jealous of what options there are available for small kids. I never had the opportunity to ride until I was 14 let alone a dirtbike.

Mine will outgrow his strider soon so if you want a strider and rocker stand both can be yours for $50 if that sounds reasonable? It's a KTM strider too.

Yeah mine has the same issue, when things get "too hard" he bails which has been frustrating to say the least. But he's finally getting it I think, we have been trying to get him to the skatepark more.

I didnt splurge for the ktm strider. But I did get an orange one to match my bike.

We also use a 100% stratus youth mtb helmet. They had a clearance sale a while ago.

    How old is yours again?

We are using the strider helmet since it has a removable face guard and is super light. If gets fast on the stacyc though he will def need something better. He just turned 4 in August so he is kinda behind all my friends when it comes to the bike stuff but I decided I am done pushing it because the more I push it the more he resists. I figure it will come in time at this point. He loves camping and wheeling and playing with our RC trucks so if that's what I got for now I am happy with it.
