    I can see your logic.
    But they are two totally independent squads, with two totally independent engineering staffs, team principals, engines, drivers, all of it. They may both share a title sponsor, but they share almost nothing else. To confuse them would be assuming Mclaren and Ferrari are the same. They share sponsors, but nothing else. Same kinda situation, but lesser scale.

    Seb started with bmw, then STR, then moved to RBR.
    STR serves as their "young driver" program. Seb is only one to have led the squad to a win, ever. We see thats not longer the case with RBR..
    I do love me my Formula 1.

    In a personal note, I really hope to see the Mclaren boys overtake RBR. Newey is a insane aero genius, but as time has shown, the boys at Mclaren can innovate and adapt very quickly. Lewis is a insanely talented driver, who I have little doubt will have at least a few more WDC titles to his name. Same with seb. Rumors abound about those two on the same team. Mclaren would hate that (as they did groom him from 8 years old and up) but i can see the allure to have those two together, for any team.
    I do feel for Ferrari, as for them, winning is so much more than just a team thing, its a national pride thing. I'm sure we will see that spark sometime this season.
