A print shop that does vinyl decals and wraps should be able to print on clear static cling material to make static cling “tint”. The car stereo shop I used to run also did vinyl graphics and we had done this for various things. It takes some playing around with color and opacity to get it right if they have never done it, but once they get it figured out you can pretty much dial in how dark you want it. We also used to print on the clear laminate for vinyl wraps to darken lights. Works amazing well for something that isn’t permanent.

All of those would have about 50K on them. In conversation with the shop who did the work and getting scheduled to go back in to have the vibration hunted down. Wasn't having any issue prior so I assume it something either with the tires or the lift. Or the above mentioned components.

Yeah, vibration might be drivers side needle bearing on inside of cv axle.

    Well said.
Shock Surplus did a great write-up on the 3 different OME options, so I won't paraphrase where I read about them. Shock Surplus Link. There's also a video.
Personally I've got Nitrocharger Sports on my '03, and wanted to upgrade for my '16. Will be getting the medium duty leaf pack + firestone ride rite airbags to handle the weight of the camper when it's on.

Trail4Runner also did a great write-up, Linked Here.

    Information Straight from OME.

If you don't want to to follow a bunch of links- basic screenshot of OME differences below:

60k miles, so oil and filter change, fresh cabin and engine filters and new oem brake pads and rotors for the front. Rear drums were cleaned and lubed. The drum shoes measured 3mm, so I think those are still good for a bit.

Installed the Fox 2.0 Suspension Leveling Kit on my Tacoma, and I’m really happy with the results. It provided a perfect 1” lift in the front, just as I wanted, to level out the truck with no lift in the rear. The ride has become a bit firmer, but it’s still smooth and handles road imperfections really well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how it turned out. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to level their Tacoma.

    nitrochargers.

Appreciate the background. I think my ome front shocks are holding up, but I'm considering an upgrade when its time to replace mine.

I keep gallon jugs of water in the back seat cubby, but I got tired of them shifting around and falling over.
I made a simple way to secure them with some kayak hardware, marine grade shock cord, and hog clips.
I'm really happy with how it turned out. The cord is easy on and easy off, and secures the bottles well.
When not in use, it is unobtrusive and out of the way.
    PXL_20241008_234234813.jpg PXL_20241008_234527210.jpg PXL_20241008_234303084.jpg PXL_20241008_234325132.jpg

    Parts used:
CLIO 10 Pcs Kayak Pad Eyes Kit with 20 Tri-Grip Rivet Kit for Kayaks
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BYH1MP8
Pop Rivet Gun (I already owned)
    3/16" Marine Grade Shock Cord
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B081VT9L8P
West Marine Stainless Hog Rings for Shock Cord
    https://www.westmarine.com/west-marine-hogrings-for-shock-cord-P002_068_004_507.html
    Hog Ring Pliers
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0093N689M

I didn't do any fancy measuring or layout. I just placed the hooks by eye, and I got lucky drilling and placing the rivits that they didn't hit anything behind the seat. I was careful drilling, but the plastic is soft and it was easy to control to not go too deep. For length of cord, I set a bottle in, and held the loop untensioned to the back side of the lid, giving just enough stretch to hold things in place.

    Yeah.
Driveshaft angle may need to be corrected. With a 3" lift, a 3 or 4 degree axle shim may be needed.

Or you can use drop kit. But first measure your angles

    Yeah.
Yes, that is an option and super easy to do, but those change your front driveshaft angles as well. I tried that first and still had vibes and my angles still weren't right. I did a 3 degree shim and removed the CB drop and angles were perfect, no vibes.
