light bar switch

How do you remove the light switch bezel to add switches? I have watched many videos of people adding switches, but no one shows how to actually remove the panel to access the switches. Thanks for any help. I don't have the 3 aux switches.

 

Get a trim removal tool and it pops right off.

Guy stated he's installing switche, from inside out....
Im interpreting what I saw as, outside in....
