I have a 2006 Tacoma Crew Cab 4.0 4WD. Does anyone have a circuit diagram that shows power from battery to the fuel pump including anything that would make pump not run? Truck stopped running one day and I had no pressure at the rails. I replaced the fuel pump and still no pressure. I also changed the fuel pump relay.
    Thanks in advance

COPN Relay is what powers the fuel pump. The fuel pump relay only shifts the speed from low to high speed.

Connector IB1 Pin 4 (Black/Red) behind the left kick panel is a common spot for a burnt pin.

I appreciate the 2 comments so far but I am still stuck. When I crank the engine I get power at the Fuel Pump relay for a few seconds. Still doesn't start. I just checked the old Fuel Pump and it works. It is hard to check if I have power to the pump as I am working alone.
I am 71 years old and was taught old school ways. New ways are hard to interpret. Is the pump ground near the tank or up near fuse box. The diagrams that I have shows a white with black tracer as the ground. Can I splice
l this close to the tank to see if it is the problem?
    Any other suggestions?

Did you check the connector I mentioned?

Better to back probe to test for a faulty ground than splice (& thus damage) a critical wire.

I pulled a connector apart inside the kick plate. I don't see any corrosion on either side. How do I know that I have the right connector as they are not labeled?

See the picture I posted for it's aproximate location and the connector view.
It has 18 pins and the Black/Red wire will be in Pin 4.

If you post a picture of the connectors behind the kick panel I can probably ID it for you.

Hard to tell perspective from that angle to label those but IB1 should be the 3rd connector from the top toward the dash side.

Pretty sure that's your connector and Black/Red wire right there (circled in red), I also see some aftermarket wiring shenanigans going on (circled in blue).

So the picture I posted of the fuel pump has / needs an o-ring in that line connection. The new pump doesn’t come with that o-ring. If you didn’t at least transfer the old o-ring to the new pump, no fuel pressure.

    DM93 you are amazing.

Problem with my 2013 Tacoma Prerunner V6 is SOLVED! "Ruby" is now back on the road.

I have had a crank no start, no codes for a few days. I had checked relays, fuses, codes, reset the logic in ECM and did not have luck resolving the issue. I even pulled the tank to get to the fuel pump and test it as there was no fuel flowing during the start sequence. DO NOT do this until you check the other things discussed in this thread. Pulling the tank is a PITA. I was very happy to find that the pump worked as it is $600 for the OEM part. Would not recommend anything less than OEM in this case.

For those having the crank no start, no codes check the IB1 pin 4 that DM93 had described earlier in this thread.

Pulled the connector and found a burnt pin (see photo) cleaned it up and walla it started right up! I will be replacing the connector when I find one.
