    LOL
My cousin was born and raised in the Dells, that's where he started his company.
I think his mother was part Gypsy, which explains the extreme accuracy of Zoltar's fortune telling.

Three weeks from today, I'll be in Seattle and driving the 80, spending time in the area to explore. I'll be arranging shipment back, to avoid snow in the mountain passes.

Major steps towards completing the build are finished! Sneak peek...

I have a story about having my "fortune" told by an old gypsy woman in Finland... Might need a few Old Fashion's to have the proper tenor for that one though.

A Troopy is technically a van…. That said, an A-team van also seems perfectly appropriate.
@bkhlrTaco's may know of a relatively nearby Tacoma with a missing transfer case. It may have a lonely driveshaft looking to make friends with a new and interesting transfer case.

    I'm confused

Why do you want to avoid snowy mountain passes?

Your cruiser was literally built to tackle that sort of challenge

i’m going to have to agree on this one @WiscoPat . Getting it dirty before the trip shouldn’t be worry, since Bessie obviously stays magically clean on her own. I’ve seen it on the trails with mine own eyes…it just doesn’t get dirty!

It's not so much drive, but other drivers.
You know it's not going to be good drive when the lighted signs say 4 wheel drive vehicles only and semi's must chain up.

Oh there will be some mods all right
I'm going to go ahead and say his reason for avoiding snowy passes is the thought of sliding off the edge of a thousand foot drop. Just a guess though.

He said he has to go get it in 3 weeks?
That should be enough time to get an exoskeleton put on. :burp:

I recently started using BP because there's one on our side of town now.
I prefer BP over Kwik Trip, since.
Then go across the street to a Casey's to get my other stuff.

There are a few reasons why, ya hooligans.

First, by not technically receiving the cruiser in Washington state, I don't have to pay their 9.9% sales tax. That's a win.

Also, Nitto Ridge Grapplers are among the worst possible choices of tires for snow/ice; they are great in everything else, but are absolutely terrible in winter conditions. Combine that with a vehicle that doesn't have ABS or airbags, and you can probably understand my resistance to the idea of snowy mountain passes.

The list is long but getting shorter!

Refreshing all suspension components (mainly bushings, links, etc.), sliders, building out the interior, speaker/sound system, lighting, roof rack (and accessories), window tint, and a few odds/ends.

Funny, those are the two gas stations I primarily go to.

I usually go to BP if I just need gas, and Kwik Trip if I need gas and a bunch of other crap, lol.
