    Heading north. 4.5 hour drive.

    Y'all behave now.

As per usual, @FlyingWolfe is my backup and has been granted full sheriff authority. She's far less lenient than I. Fair warning.

it only rained here for 20 of the 30 minutes I was walking the dog. Not a drop prior, or after. Apparently I pissed somebody off.

    Happy Friday Stockers.

Moto ride Saturday AM with two of my serious friends - meaning they're about the riding, not the beers and tire kicking - hopefully get a couple hundred miles in and still be home after lunch, leaving lots o' time for household stuff. Still settling in from my move in August. Trying to make the house/garage work with all my stuff and her stuff. Me thinks less stuff is the answer. Plenty to do to keep me off social media and TV, which is good for reasons I/we don't need to go into. I'm assuming pretty much everybody is tired of it at this point.

Absolutely tired of it; and I want my local country radio station back without all the political ads. :frusty:

That's what we liked about Terminal Radio, Inc. as I learned while serving as a volunteer director (bylaws revision subcommittee, secretary, and president/moderator of monthly teleconference meetings (No more than an hour because satellite long distance cost so much... don't think 'through the roof'; it's more like paying for the rocket science.)) Great spot for the moose landing, dry. Copper River Delta, Yakutat are rarely that dry. When I took my kids hiking up Bear Creek trail (Ravalli County, MT), I was tickled and surprised that they both recognized moose turds on the trail, as we'd never seen any sign of moose up there, but then, there are any number of meadows on the Idaho, where the Nez Perce would set their own 'prescribed fires' to keep the meadows open. The Salish would set fire to the Bitterroot Valley as they headed north to the Flathead wintering grounds. In the early 1970s, the lower elevations were still open, but forty years later there are more homes and a lot more trees in those places. Naturally the clamor to reduce the fire risk, prompts the USFS to plan for more timber harvest, but that has no effect on all the private land that's now forested.

PJT, The pizza is great! There are no bad pizzas at Papa Murphy's, and Thai chicken is still on special, so I'm accumulating the local $3 off coupons that they insert in every pie. When the moon hits your eye, like a big pizza pie...
    Have a great weekend!
