Tacoma 2007 transmission oil question

    2006 toyota tacoma
    Drove for 25 min, oil should be in the hot temp level.
    Parked at a gas station, fairly level surface.
    Went through the gears a couple times, put the car on park, stayed on and let it rest a couple minutes.
    Checked the dipstick. A bit over I guess? Is that too much? Or should be fine?

    Looks like it's only a bit past the top mark, I wouldn't be too concerned about it but that fluid looks really old and nasty.

    And i jyst did a drain and fill a week ago, removed the oil pan, replaced filter also, and took 6 quarts to be at the present level. So there are 6 new quarts of transmission oil there. Wiol do a second drain and fill in 2 weeks, but this time without removing the oil pan
