What's your suspension set up? Looks like the tech ran out of castor which is typical unless u chg UCA with built in castor like JBA or other.

Added an Amazon RTT. Time to go test it out.

Not planning on it staying on year round. Plan to add another hoist in the garage next to the jeep hard top to be able to get it on and off.

Probably add an internal frame to the shell someday. If it cracks before that, I’ll fix it.

I had to do that same thing on my SR5 a few years ago. That part not having the cable for the 120V outlet really frustrated me. I kept reading the directions and watching YouTube videos to figure out why it wasn't like the instructions. then I seen all the people in the videos had a TRD and what d they have I don't. Still its a great thing to have

Question for you… I’m getting ready to do a light bar in the front OEM bumper…when you were installing yours, could you tell if those plastic slats in front of the light bar can be cut out?

I’m trying to figure out if I can cut them out to keep the lightbar unobstructed or if they are a structural part of the bumper.

Obviously I didn't cut them out, but I did see that people have done that. It's not structural in any sort of safety sense. But I would just mention that it doesn't really affect how much light comes out. I don't think you gain very much doing it and you might risk messing it up. Also, it won't really be a "hidden" light bar anymore, more of a recessed one.

Got it, thanks! I haven’t crawled under there yet to look and wasn’t sure if those slats held the bumper together in any sort of way.

And this year's winner, for the most complete, best organized list of mods, best punctuated, easiest to read, presented using complete sentences, GOES TOO......:rimshot:

You get the award, given out, after all participation awards are handed out, whatever that is.

Standard ome 2" medium lift, with OME UCA's.

I should have pointed out, the before reading was after I removed LCA both sides, replaced bushings, and reinstalled using just eyeballs and sharpy breadcrumbs marked on the camber bolts.

I’m lucky my wife loves our Tacoma more than me. She is quite protective of it so I don’t worry too much. After 4 years of both of us driving the truck it’s still mint.

Modified 2 M18x1.5 drain plugs into magnetic plugs.
Used 1/4"x1/4" high temperature magnets. Drilled a 1/4" hole in the end of each plug. Mixed up JB weld and put in the holes before pushing the magnets in. Left plastic clamps on the magnets overnight to keep the magnet seated.
I am going to use them on the fill ports of the front and rear differential.
I had a bag with 5 of these plugs so was only out the cost of the magnets.

    Question regarding bolt pattern
My 2019 sport says it has x139.
I am looking to purchase a set of wheels that he says came off his FJ Cruiser with a bolt pattern of 139.7
Will those wheels fit my Taco?

My transfer case actuator Screws looked like they came off the Titanic. I measured the thread OD of the factory thread cutting screws at .205".
I had some 18-8 stainless #12x3/4" sheet metal screws that have a thread major diameter of .210".
Replaced all the screws one at a time.
