I recently bought a 2014 TRD/OR that looks to be in really good condition. The previous original owner took good care of it, including saving the original window stickers. It's a pretty well equipped model that was pricey even back then.

You got one of the best years for the 2nd Gen.
    2013-2015 were the best.

    Enjoy the new truck.
    You got a good one.

A little more than mine but mine didn't have all the dealer add on BS.

Yea manual gets -1 MPG mainly because the OD gear ratio is higher than the auto.

It's fun to see what these trucks cost back in the day with the various configurations. (TRD, etc) Not inexpensive back then, but nothing like today. This is the Maroney sticker for mine: a humble 2014 SR5 with a few options. The prices match the factory sticker posted here by another member, so it would appear to be good data. You sure got a lot of truck for the money and it's only 10 years ago.

I purchased this truck in 2021 with 104k on it

2014 is the last year Tacoma with the OG LCD clock that's been in every Taco since 1982.

RIP little clock. Younger generations have no idea what they're missing out on

Interesting an SR5 wasn't too much less than a TRD OffRoad.

Yea I like the standalone clock, too bad they got rid of it in 15.

I didn't frame mine but I did keep it.

I used to have the original window sticker to my Grandpa's 84 F250 he gave to me but I lost it.

Agree: Surprised me as well... Not sure about today, but back then the SR5 option/package included a lot of features for the asking price. I have a doc somewhere with it all listed. I'll post it here when I find it.

This almost makes we want to pull the seat covers and get mine out from the pocket in the rear seat.
I'm curious what mine cost new.

    !
Is that where they hide the sacred paper build-sheet for these trucks? I thought they stopped doing those eons ago. My Dad always went on a mission to find them when he bought a car. They were often folded and weaved into the seat cushion springs and were a nightmare to remove intact/without damage. Might as well have been printed on cheap toilet-paper. They were fragile. (an understatement) He could do it though! He was like a kid during Christmas when he found one. :santa2:

No. I have aftermarket seat covers.
I "forgot" and left the paper in the back seat pocket when I put them on.
    That was in 2010.......

Oh:....OK: Never mind. For someone that doesn't know what I'm talking about, it basically was a piece of paper that has all the specs and options for a car that travels down the assembly line with it as it was built.

I have this from my 84, I don't think it's the window sticker but it may be. I know I used to have another paper that had everything listed on it and the prices but I have no Idea what happened to it.

They looked very similar, but a little more cryptic: two or three letter option and equipment codes for the engine, radiator, alternator, Upholstery, heat/ac....:seats: everything.

Yea GM used to put it on a sticker in the glovebox on trucks or in the trunk on cars but they stopped somewhere around 15, now it's embeded in a QR code on the door sticker but it's not a complete list anymore.

GM calls them RPO (Regular Production Option) codes, very handy when ordering parts and also often needed when programming modules.

Yup! Bingo: "RPO" or whatever Ford called them. I have one from a 1977 Thunderbird.

Gotta stop the talk about Ford's in here now: Don't want to push the envelope and get banned!

Your good lol, I don't think anyone cares as long as it's a meaningful discussion and doesn't turn into a dumpster fire.
