I’m sure it’s fine either way for these trucks because they’re built so well. I was talking to some guy in one thread on here who said his truck idles for something like 12 hours a day and he has close to 200k miles on the odometer (something around that) and he hasn’t had any issues.

Of course I can’t remember what thread it was.

2 is a great number for dogs. Buddy has 4 Corgi’s and 2 cats in a 1st floor Gettysburg townhouse… it’s chaos! Wife and I refuse to go there because it’s it just too insane!

omg 4 corgis!? My neighbor has a corgi and that thing is like a wind up toy that never stops. They leave it outside and it runs around their yard like a fat little freight train grunting all day lol

 

On a cold start the ECU is "dumping" fuel into the engine trying to get it to warm up. Idling warms the engine much slower, so you're in open loop fuel mode for longer potentially getting fuel into the crankcase. This is especially true with direct injection. Gets even trickier with Toyota's D4S direct and port injection strategy. The 2.4 turbo in my truck and the 2.5 in our Camry sound like friggin' diesels idling cold; makes the 3.5 V6 sound like a sewing machine

Now, if there's ice, yea no way, I'm gonna have to idle. Typically I'll let the RPM's drop after 30 or so seconds and drive easy till I get some oil temp popping up on the dash (or operating temp for vehicles without it).

Also why I have oil change schedules for the Fall and then Spring. That oil can get a little gassy over the winter months. I'm a little bit fanatical, I know

Having said that, everyone is free to do whatever they need to be to be comfortable. I'm just a little off in the head

Nope, lol… made it to level 29. But dentist appointment this morning and took rest of the day off. So while laundry is going, I’ll be playing.

 

I'm at 34. It's crazy you can level up your character and guns for multiplayer via zombies now

 

I haven’t gotten into Zombies yet… but will give it a go! Is it faster?

 

I'm not sure of faster, I went 31 rounds and ranked up 5 times with almost 1,000 kills. I just switch back and forth to finish all 6 daily challenges
