Citrus rub - good for a few things. It's my go-to for tropical and tex-mex cooks - anything that you'd think a squeeze of lime would taste good. It in other words, if you could have a margarita with it, use this as your rub. Surprisingly, I've used it on burgers with great success.

Fer true barbeque, I'm a traditionalist. Salt, brown sugar, paprika, chili, cumin, garlic.

 

And...only he knows what he was going to mean.
