    Another point of reference. An old school 6 cyl Lexus had no battery so I used the GB40 to start and drive it around 5 blocks before it cut out. Doubt that is good for the charging system but it was fine afterward.

    Used mine this summer on my 4runner with the 1gr. Alternator shit the bed, I was about 7 miles from the nearest autozone, it was 95 degrees out and I had my wife and new baby in a highway rest stop parking lot in the middle of nowhere, basically. GB40 jumped me three times while I was trying to figure out wtf was going on there, then got enough juice into the battery to let me make the drive to the autozone, where I jumped it twice more to test the alternator and then move the vehicle to the far end of the parking lot where I proceeded to swap the alternator in their parking lot while wife and kid went shopping :rofl:

    I told my family i'm buying them all one for xmas after that ordeal :santa:
