For the current bed tent setup I'm looking at the RCI 9" Bed bars to mount the spare on.

It's roughly 18" from top of the bed to the top of the roof.
A 10" tire mounted on top will bring it not much over the roof.
9" (from inside the cab) WILL allow for some visibility underneath.
9" will allow for the tonneau to be rolled up underneath it.
The tent will be able to go over everything and leave plenty of storage in the bed.

    CONS are welcome.

Imo if you want treasure mounted in your bed, get used to not having a rear view mirror.

Can swap the taco side mirrors for RAV4 side mirrors (2017, glass only) for a direct fit with the convex bit to help see some more.

With properly adjusted side mirrors, there’s no real need for a center mirror.

There's already a convex bit on my side mirrors.

Can confirm, Rav4 mirrors work great and snap right in. No blind spot monitor indicator though.

    They are about $60 each. I don't think they'd fit a 2nd gen buy I not 100% on that.

Here is an old post of mine with the part numbers.

Nanny light on the mirror that indicates a vehicle in your blind spot. Wifes' RAV4 has it.

If you adjust the mirrors right you don't need those.
