Well, I wish there was a good story to go with this. Arthritis, a little floating debri in the fluid, and I somehow aggravated the quad tendon. It may have a small tear, but the doc did think so. Rest, elevate, use a cane (better than the crutches I thought I'd get). Go back in two weeks if it doesn't get better.

 

Looks like a good excuse to drink more beer to me.

 

Or a Jameson Black Label. Either way, it may be a legit reason to stay home and watch some football.

 

There was a lot of good football this weekend

 

I'll be watching tonight. Detroit 2-1 vs Seattle 3-0 in Detroit. Still hard to believe that we've gone from an ignored easy win team to one of the most demanded TV teams.

 

Gonna put Uwharrie in hold until everyone is prepared to go. Actually, just one person, but I wouldn't dream of wheeling without him. Who else would drive behind me cringing at every line I pick?
