I looked a little at the wiring.
The installation pdf. wasn't downloading for me. (I'll try later)

One initial thought was tapping into the fog light circuit to go ON/OFF with the fog steering column switch.

I have no regrets about buying Rigid ditch lights and bumper light bar. I think their products are definitely worth the money.

I just think that's overkill for a chase light.

I do need to get some sort of chase light, though. I might just go with some cheapies.

Brian, I have 2 of these. I used 1 of them as a chase light before the bumper. Say the word and I'll throw one in the mail. I know, free isn't financially irresponsible. It has a waterproof plug on it, which I will provide the matching plug.

Those lights would mount well on the bed bars.

I love my Auxbeam controller. Have mine mounted in the same general area.

After wondering where I would mount that, I scrolled a little further.
    I like that idea.
I'm not sure that I would want the bed bars as a permanent fixture....they might just be something I toss on for offroad time.
    Decisions, decisions.

I must look like the local yard neglector. I try to keep leaves off from piling up near the house to keep mice at bay, but I don’t touch the leaves until I’ve judges the last big blow through winds are done. Then I mulch-mow what’s left. Sometimes my timing can be a little off however lol.

I have my one Diode Dynamics Pro fog for the front that I am planning to mount in the rear as a chase light. Like the idea of going into the factory fog circuit... might irritate folks when I am not in dust but their behind me so no harm no foul. A relay, a hot source in back and a wire to the fogs... brilliant!

    I did last night, too.
3 of the last 4 days.

I have too many trees to wait until the end. I would end up having to use the bagger and haul some away.
A little at a time and the earth can keep up.

Yeah, I’m lucky to have a windy yard in regard to leaves. In fact, it’s a literal waste of time to clean the leaves until the last moment here, as the yard often looks the same immediately after spending hours on it. Sometimes misjudging the correct time for final cleanup ends up in some fun snow mowing lol.
