Damn, I don't weld at all and know of no one anywhere around me to help accomplish this.

Another update; I spoke to Fox a few times and while they resolve their online portal, I will be sending my 2.0's for re-valve.

I'll have some Bilstein 5100's up for sale for cheap once I get all that done.

I forget who said it, and whether it was in one of my threads or not but, my Dakar's already squeak! :annoyed:

Haven't updated this thread for a little while now but here's the settled height after about 2 months -

    Thank you!

Running Bilstein 5100's that I ordered from post #60.

Odd thing is, I can't find on Wheeler's website the 2 different sets of Bilstein 5100 rears - they have 2 variants that work well for our trucks but only 1 is listed now.

I'll see about getting the part numbers from my email later tonight.

Been too lazy to send my Fox 2.0's back to Fox for a revalve :anonymous:

OME leaf pack, Belair camper topper,
Just did OME leafs with the AAL and 5100 Bilsteins. I got a pretty noticeable vibration and curious if others had the same experience. Looking into axel shims??

I also have a shake (mostly at highway speeds) since installing the OME EL122RA-RB kit. The amount of shake varies from tolerable to frustrating even within the same day. My commute in the morning can be relatively smooth but then sometimes on the way home it gets worse? I can't drive over 65mph anymore...

I originally thought it was my driveline angles which I have since corrected with shims and CB spacer. Then I wondered if one of my axles was bent since I had swapped in a newer axle assembly from a truck that had gotten t-boned. I measured runout at the hub flanges and got .003" passenger side but .008" drivers side. While that may be contributing, you'd think the shake would be more consistent even at lower speeds.

Now I'm starting to wonder if the KYB Monomax Shox I paired with the leafs are not long enough (advertised for 0-2" lift). If I remember correctly, when I first installed everything, they barely reached with the vehicle weight on the springs. Was hoping the springs would settle and it would be fine. Doesn't appear to be the case. Would this cause the vibrations I'm seeing?
