I used these. Kept one string for backup. I was trying to find a way to put it on my window door but couldn’t find a clean way. Wired them straight to my battery so I could use them whenever and put the switch in the bed semi hidden

Had a chance to install a set of medium duty leafs from @ARCHIVE Garage yesterday. Immediately noticed a difference just backing out of my driveway. So much of a nicer drive than the OME leafs. These just soak up the road.

I really like how the the rear side second longest leaf is short enough so that it won't get caught in the shackle no matter how much you flex. No need to cut it shorter like I've had to with other leaf packs. These were also lighter than the OME HVY duty packs. Lift stayed the same as before, maybe just a tad bit higher. There are some other factors at play I may do a video on fitting the 14s.

Thumb got clipped, but only one booboo so it's a win.

Agree that it's a lot of drivers including big rig drivers. Everyone seems to be preoccupied with distractions. I've had plenty of run ins with bad truck drivers, but there are way more bad car drivers (this of course is based on how many trucks vs cars are on the road obviously). Overall, I'd say I run into way more great truck drivers who are cognizant of the roads or need some help with spacing and passing and if you are paying attention and flash them the go ahead or give them the space they see you and acknowledge your attempts to help. I can't tell you how many times people don't understand how to merge in or out and it causes problems (you all know this). It's just like the cops....one bad apple hurts the reputation of many. We shouldn't fall into this perception for any group.

If there was one thing that I might agree with technology and AI on is self driving for the high risk drivers lol. Not trying to start that argument. Just saying for those who have difficulty driving at night and stuff.

Why the “wheel off method”? You can drop in fog lights without removing anything, other than the existing fog lights, through the top in between the grille and the radiator.

The number of people who don't know how to properly merge into highway traffic is astounding to me. I see it every day. They figure they and their sense of entitlement are getting onto the highway, so just floor it and everyone on the road has to make special allowances for them. It doesn't work that way. I've seen many people end up ran off the road or stuck on the shoulder because of this behavior. Then, they blame everyone else for it.

There’s an equal amount of people that drive in the far right lane and don’t get over a lane, when there is no traffic, to allow people to merge.

There's a comedian (can't remember who) that has a skit about people driving like @sshats cuz cars r too safe now. There's not the same consequences there use to b. Yrs ago u total a car, there was a good chance u die. Now if u total one, there's a good chance u walk away without a scratch.

I thought it was thought provoking, and maybe partially true. But if I was putting $$ down... I'd lay it on distractions and a bit of entitlement. There's too much "me vs the world" and not enough community/ our world...

For sure this is true! I think it’s a combination of all the above. Just yesterday I was passing a semi on a divided highway, I got to 68 in a 60 to do it with nobody behind me, the semi was going about 57-58. All the sudden a F-350 came flying up behind me from out of nowhere. Right when I turned my blinker on to get over with a safe gap, the F-350 decided I was taking way too long and cut the semi off to get by me flipping me off then cutting me off…just to end up the car ahead of me at the exit, he must have been embarrassed because when I got behind him, he used the shoulder to turn and not wait for the car in front of him, but was content sitting there until I got behind him.

I could see being frustrated at left lane campers but that’s surely wasn’t what I was doing, just impatient people that think the world owes them something.

My number one is people who can't maintain a consistent speed, especially the ones who match your speed as soon as you show them a bumper.
