Just seeing how i did, recently moved always had push mowers so this is my first ride on. I have 1/2 acre just about completely flat, wanted something basic but with a good engine. Local place had an end of the season scratch and dent sale, brand new just a small rip in the seat paid $1900 plus tax. Already have some wheel bearings to replace the front bushings that are known to fail and a few other odds and ends pre filter, fuel shut off valve etc.

Grapples look really handy it would be an expensive swap though for me. I have a pin on bucket so I’d have to convert to the skid steer quick detach, but a new bucket, grapple, and convert to a third function valve. All doable i just don’t know if justifiable for my needs. It sure is a handy attachment though

I wouldn’t put a brush crusher on my tractor if someone gave it to me. Bout as damaging to your loader as a set of clamp on forks. But wait there’s more! The brush crusher uses the back of your actual loader arms as pinions for the mechanism to push against. Your loader arms are not made to withstand those pressures. I’ve heard how people taco’d their loader arms with that contraption. At the least they can pop your QA apart and damage it. Be careful with that thing. Just because it’s cheaper doesn’t make it the sensible option.

Strictly my opinion take it how you like it

Right, didn't realize you had a pin on bucket. I got lucky because the only thing I added to make it all work was the third function. Wanna take mine for a spin? Might be all you need to be convinced you need one! Lol

That's pretty neat. Makes sense and seems practical. The only issue I have is that it can't be articulated upward and would be difficult to finesse items. Surprisingly I use mine a lot like a loader to haul stuff because of the teeth and width it opens at. But I can see how it would come in handy for projects without a 3rd function. Believe me....putting on the hydraulic coupler when you accidently leave the grapple open is a major pita. (Had to buy myself a tool just to be able to connect it).

Cylinder rebuild kits are in, now to find time to do it.

Had them shipped to work, it was $18 cheaper than having them sent to the house o_O

    Not offended at all.

i Do have one & have used it for several years.

Not the first bit of damage to my tractor from it.
Its like everything else: a little common sense goes a long way.

    Would I put 1 on a B7200 or a BX?
    Nah they bend too easy.

But on a mid size & up? It fabulous.

I can pick up a single brick or block, even a tire.... All the way up to about 2000lbs of log. No issue at all.

Now as to how much pivot, open & close you get? That's all adjustable for your personal prefs.

So after some more looking around the web and scratching my head, I decided to go with the CRI. I realize it has limited usefulness on LARGE stumps, but much of what I want to remove are smaller... 4" to 6" diameter remnants of fast growing Wild Privet and also invasive Chinese Tallow trees. Plus using it for digging and scooping and moving dirt around. The Titan Extreme I had pictured in my initial post about these I ultimately determined to be way too big and heavy for my tractor. The Titan Economy bucket seemed nice, but I liked the replaceable tip on the CRI that I chose in the end. I realize that I must use care when working with this type of bucket... don't apply significant force with the hydraulic cylinders greatly extended. After several emails with Todd at CRI I felt comfortable dealing with them. I ordered the bucket with the serrated tip and also the spade (digging) tip.

Well since I have become a pressure washing machine, I'd better start posting here.
We cleaned 55 bundles of PVC in Wednesday and hopefully more yesterday.
The pressure washer guy my company hired feel that the wabble tip doesn't work as well as the 15% tip.
As the moron said to me the wabble tip is $125.00 so we're using these. Now it takes two x's longer. Guess his company's job security is better for everyone involved.
Oh yeah my company says money is no object o_O.
Should be a fine day on the pressure washing line.
Have a great day and stay safe.

Love my “wobble” tip. It’s what I found to be the best cedar fence cleaning attatchment so far. I think it’s called a turbo nozzle. My wobble tip is only good for cleaning the boogers off the toilet bowl gullet:rofl:

Evening, the genius decided to put another turbo station in this morning and add another hose on the pump and now ---- we have even less pressure o_O.
    So let's get things straight
1- take wabble away because I don't want to spend $125.00 that my company will pay for ✓
2- take pressure away so it takes longer so we can stay longer to make more money but this is gonna take months anyway ✓
3- tell everyone you know better than them ✓
    Rant over thanks y'all.

    Reserected from the dead.

So they running 2 hoses off 1 pressure washer pump?

    That aint gonna work.

Gonna be the same as using a garden hose with a spray nozzle.
