Hello, I am looking for information on a good 6 speed manual swap I could put in my truck. It is currently the stock 5 speed mated to the 5vz-Fe v6. I wanted to see if there was any kits or anything that could keep all the same functionality as the stock one such as tcase for 4x4 and maybe adapter plate for engine but get an extra gear for highway.
(Ps I do also like to off-road and don’t want it breaking if that changes any options)
    Thank you.

While not a 6th gear mod, a couple of guys on here have swapped in a taller 5th gear to try to accomplish the same thing. You can read more about this here.

Adding an "extra" gear IMHO is fraught with unknowns. Manufacturers match the torque output of the motor with the final drive and gear ratios in the trans to make a vehicle drivable. Too "short" of a 1st gear and you are shifting at 7 mph too tall and you are rowing the clutch just to get it going. On the other end if the OD gear is wrong the engine wont have enough torque to pull even the slightest grade.
