For sure! I’ll bother him on my coffee break in an hour or so.

I try to think “ no news is good news” in cases like this.

I'm sure he's fine; I hope he's enjoying the hunt and having some success.

    X2!

I’m more thinking of his 3rd member hum and what could cause it.:fingerscrossed:

Indian summer in New England the last few days. Had bats flying around last night but all the pics sucked.

Love an Indian Summer ... it's like bonus points ... always seem to get extra joy from nice weather late in the season.

I hope the hum is nothing major. Hey, is it possible the thicker gear oil could make a worn rear wheel bearing show up? That third member gear oil spreads laterally along the axle tubes, right? Just wonderin' ...

    Good morning Rob.

I was out there, yesterday, sanding and feathering the large patch. This week has been rough - very down. I need to fair an edge with some thickened epoxy and then lay down fiberglass cloth. I did drop off the mainsail at the sailmaker for repair as there’s three holes that need patching.

You are correct on all counts! Last we talked I was telling him the same thing. Wheel bearing is way cheaper than a new 3rd.
    :fingerscrossed:

    Sent him a text…

Sorry you're having a rough week. I'm staying home this break, back on shift Saturday night. Hit me up if you need the ear of a friend to vent.
