Yeah, that one you can schedule to get fixed and still drive your truck in the meantime.
Assuming the engine runs okay and there's nothing else going on.

    Don't delay fixing it though.
With the CEL already on for O2 sensor, you won't know if/when something else goes wrong that spells impending doom.

it was all in decent shape too, engine had been swapped, hard stuff had been done - he just couldn't finish the project

    FALSE!

I had a car with a CEL light on for a cat related 02 sensor for like 75K miles - nothing else went wrong!!
My current car has a "service engine soon" for a cat related O2 sensor, I'm at about 15K on that nanny light as well - no impending doom
O2 sensors related to exhaust are just emissions bullshit

If your vehicle is driving fine and has the same MPG [I calculate this every time I fill up] then who gives a fuck??

@Delta09 and I fixed it weeks ago. Just saying the check engine light finally went off for that after it cycled.

As usual, I stole it. I’ve never had an original thought in my life. o_O

When I went to work driving for CFI, I had to go through their orientation. The young lady in charge was a smokin’ hot l’il thang. I mean supermodel caliber. But she was a royal beotch.
She advised us that we were welcome to pick up anybody we wanted as long as we called it in to the dispatcher to get’em on the insurance. Some smartass asked her “What if I don’t want her riding with me no more?”
She said “She’s gotta go to the bathroom at some point” :D
