I did look at them-both plugged in. Is there specific thing to do to make them happy?

You can use techstream to clear the codes and see if they come back and/or see if there’s a break in continuity for one of them.

the wiring for them on the axle is kinda fragile, so that was my guess for your error codes. I’d make sure the wires didn’t get pulled or stretched or anything.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
I would think a little firm would be better, rather than getting your loadout on and be bouncing. They will soften up a little in the next 100 or so miles.

If they did, can they be spliced or do you need to get a new harness part?

Shouldn't have any issues splicing them if you find a break, it's just a hot and cold line. The big challenge is just finding the break lol

Lots of threads on the topic but based on this thread your replacement P/N might be 89516-04060 which appears to go for $100 online. Just in case you need to go that route. Good luck finding the fault.

Bought a pair of these so I can have 2 spares when I go to Alaska. The current tires have way too much tread to get rid of them. Depth gauge reads 9/32's, but they have 64,000 miles. Falken's website says they can be run down to 3/32's but I'm not going to take the chance running them on a 7,500-ish mile trip and I can put 'em back on ALF when I get home. And I will have a 2nd set of tires.

The new wheels will be matched to the set @LarryDangerfield TW Expressed to me a couple of years ago.

Northern tool has one that has casters in the rear which is a bit more practical for garage use.

The tracked one does look cool, but doesn't look like there's much holding the tracks in position.
I think after a couple uses you'll have to keep putting the tracks back on every time you move it.

The reviews on the oriely tonka jack are pretty funny. Apparently an owner of a 1980s M1A1 Battle tank thinks it does a pretty good job.

This exactly. Can you imagine having to reinstall a stupid track on this thing every time you use it. I’d imagine you’d give up and throw them out after a while. And it would probably be annoying as hell on 8 tiny wheels getting caught in every imperfection on the floor. And forget gravel driveways lol

Ohh, but wait!! i just noticed it has a headlight!!!

Do they make remote controlled jacks with a camera on the lift so I can look up at the underside of the vehicle to really zero in on where the jack makes contact?
    All in one breath.

Pat's little shock hiccup gave me a slight panic, so I had to 2x check to make sure my shocks were going to work with the shackle flip kit.

I won't bore you with all the numbers but it measures that I have 5" of extension left and 4" of compression.
With the sumo springs my shock will never fully compress. It's good that direction. Not sure if limit straps will be needed.

New (21-22") brake lines will be needed.
"A brake line that is 19"+
    (spring/block/shackle lift
    height) is a minimum
    recommendation."
