Well I got the wife to let me get a trailer for camping since she's liking camping now lol so do I build one again or just buy one :annoyed:. Mainly it'll be used for storage and hauling the gear around since I have the RTT and a big ground tent

Any of you guys have experience with Whirlpool/Amana brand washers? I've got one just out of warranty that's giving me trouble. I pulled codes off it and it's coming back as the pressure sensor, which unfortunately is integrated into the control board making it difficult to isolate and test with a meter. Anyone got access to wiring diagrams for appliances or know where I can get some?

What is it actually doing? Mine was giving me problems awhile back, the water wouldn't stop running in the washer, only way for it to stop, was to turn the water off.

that's what I'm thinking. I remember how much I had in my original one and I still wasn't done with it so with that be said I'm more leaning towards buying one

    Build!

6000 lb axle with hubs that allow you to match wheels and tires to your truck. Extra spares is always good. And it's so easy to build a nice plush suspension for it without spending a fortune. and of course you get to make exactly what you want dimensionally.

I already had the axle, wheels and tires, but I was into this less than $1000 to build. Coilover 4-link with airbags for heavy loads. Had removable crossbars as well, and l-track everywhere.

So it's just getting "stuck" during the beginning of the cycle and making that humming/growling sort of sound that I think is the auto-sensing thing. I've taken everything apart and it all looks totally fine visually, no obstructions in the fill lines, drain lines, or pressure tube. I'm really at a loss here.

What was the solution to your issue?

I believe it was called the water pressure valve. I had pulled the water lines a couple different times, cleaned the little filters and it fixed it for a little while, I finally just bought a new pressure valve and fixed it permanently, or until it fails again. Not sure what your issue may be.

I had a similar problem and when I looked underneath her, I found a wire that had broken out of one of the plugs. I think it went to the drain pump or fill level sensor. Either way it wasn’t talking correctly. I reinstalled that wire best I could re-using the pin that was broken off in the plug and boom, it’s been fine for a couple of years now. Not saying that’s your problem but I’d be gently pulling on wires in plugs to see if any are obviously failing or loose. I think I got lucky

nice looking trailer. Yeah I'd have to buy everything mines the rims since I have 2 rims for Toyota bolt pattern 17x9 so they'll match my size . Plus then it'll come down to finding time to actually build it

Shoot, you could knock out an A-frame tongue and the trailer frame in less than a day. And axles are super easy to build. Some 2"x2"x1/4" square tube cut to whatever width you want and burn the spindles in. Now you're just some suspension away a trailer that just needs some wiring.

If you do end up building, or even if you buy and want to build a new axle, I'm happy to tig the spindles into the axle tube if you don't have a tig machine.
