I installed Pop N Lock remote tailgate lock in my 2023 TRD OffRoad, it working.
But now looking at replacing my OEM OffRoad headlights, with 3rd Gen TRD Pro headlights. I tried to order from Sparks Toyota, and BAM Wholesale, but shipping to Hawaii is $$$. Trying to see if get cheaper shipping from either company, no reply yet. I get today Sunday.

 

IDK, I have full on Starlink and at $120 a month it's OK at best. Had to pay a $100 "congestion" fee up front. Speeds can lag, but no other options here.

 

Hold out for a holiday sale. Black Friday is coming up and I think that’s one of the sales where parts sites usually do 20-30% off with free shipping (which translates to a $200 shipping credit for AK and HI). Mine were like 1.15 shipped, on Memorial Day a couple years back. Wesleychapeltoyota wound up being the cheapest back then for the holiday sale. I think sparks is the best everyday price but doesn’t usually do deep discount sales because of that

 

I have fiber at home and the Starlink Mini is only competing with my cell phone, when off grid or if fiber goes down. It’s certainly better than nothing. Is the “congestion fee” because there are a lot of users local to you?

I do not understand why Toyota thought access cab owners don't need an OEM bed lighting option. Easy install. Went with some non-OEM bed lights.

At least the Eagle was believable. The cybertruck reminds me of a bad pine wood derby attempt. Saw one in person - ugh.

 

By mine maintenance schedule done at 115 000 km :
Brakes service, clutch fluid flush/replacement, wheels alignment.

Proper in-time maintenance way cheaper than repairs! (C)

 

I thought and still think the Eagle is cool-ish ... like the "Battlestar Galactica" with its hundreds of little projections on the outer surface and very utilitarian design. Cybertruck seems more like "Damnation Alley" (but at least that cyber-tank had guns) ...

 

I checked Wesleychapel toyota, seems like they don’t ship to Hawaii, drop down list for states, Hawaii not listed.

 

Yea didn’t mean to say they would be the cheapest or you should go with them, just suggesting you wait a couple weeks for the dealership parts sales for a discount and cheaper shipping

 

Norm Reeves Toyota in San Diego, CA or Larry H Miller Toyota in Lemon Grove, CA seem to have the best prices. I'll bet they'll have a Black Friday sale soon and they probably ship to Hawaii.

With Black Friday coming there will be at least a few announcements of sales by TW inmates. Many wait to buy OEM LED headlights for around $900 shipped with some of the discounts.

 

Yes. They stated "as we bring more resources online we hope to stop charging this fee." Which I interpret to mean you are paying this fee so others won't later.

No, for the pair the bill can be $900 for some discounts, maybe $1050 more often. Those 20%-35% discounts with free shipping sell big-ticket items. The wait may be longer because they "sell ahead" at those prices, but for that price people will wait a few weeks.
