Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
I think the MT64's will work well for you. What are you going to do for lift in the rear? An add a leaf can make for a harsh ride when you are empty or lightly loaded. When I got my Dobinsons I went with the 110 leaves because I was running pretty light even when loaded with camping gear. When I installed the cap I converted them to 111's for the extra weight.
You may want to look at Deavers or similar.

When I emailed the dude, I told him I was looking for 2-2.t” of lift. He sent me an email with the packed and also the individual parts in it. It had the medium string option. I guess I should probably ask him a bit more about it.

Tim, have you seen any feedback about the MT64's? I've not heard of them and I am not gonna look up any reviews. Quite a few of us have a Dobi suspension with very few, if any, issues. I'll probably buy the same suspension when the present one finally gives up the ghost. I've been very pleased with it.

The medium spring option was or is for the Nitrocharger series, I thought.
From when I was looking, I think the medium spring will fit. (That's the route I wanted to go).
The #4004 spring for the MT64's is a one size fits all.
The weight compensation is done with the clip. You have to add up or guess the weight you're carrying up front and set the clip accordingly.

Edit: Ahh. the rear shock has 2 options. Medium or Heavy.

Hmmm, this makes me have second thoughts about the MT64. I'm not a fan of preloading a "one size fits all" spring to compensate for weight. I like that the 6112 had different spring rate options for different situations.

Tim, since our trucks are pretty much the same, 2nd gen DCLB. I'm using the Dobinsons 111 leaf springs with the fiberglass cap and about 70 lbs of stuff in the back full time. I have had them on for about 1 1/2 years now and so far no complaints. A few weeks ago, I had 875 lbs of retaining wall cap blocks in the back. Rear dropped maybe an inch.
I hardy ever tow a trailer. You'll need a new dropped trailer hitch, maybe a 4 in drop.
Whatever you do, don't get those 3 leaf progressive packs that you add to your factory leafs.
You've seen my truck in action and like a few have said, " If Dan can do it, you can do it."

The other springs will work, only I don't know that they are going to continue making them.
I was having troubles finding the medium load spring for the fronts.
    I believe it's spring #886 or 887?

It's as if they're trying to eliminate the multiple spring rates and stick with one.

Their website isn't super helpful either. I was trying to figure out why there are 2 different part numbers for the rear shocks, but I wasn't seeing anything.

That's what is unclear. Is it left and right, or different valving? There are only two parts numbers for the 4Runner. Or, I could be missing something. I wish they had all of the information and part numbers on one sheet that would explain what is what.

What? Left/right or different valving? I can't find anything on the website. I suppose I could email them.

My pleasure. My notes have zero difference in length. I don't have valving values, but I suspect them the same as well.

I believe that the only difference is the roost guards. They are opposing in terms of the direction they face, and the left one is shorter. It's due to the clearance with the axle at the bottom of the shock on the driver's side. The passenger's side has lots of room to the front.
