Somebody correct me if I’m wrong. But seems only get OEM style remote actuators from Amazon. Pop N Lock have to buy the whole kit, not only the actuator.

If it makes you feel any better, it does pay a pro mechanic 2.0 hours labor time to replace V6 spark plugs on a 2023, 2020 should be the same...

SokieTech hood struts. Highly recommend! Easy install and so nice to not need the hood prop rod in the way. I didn't realize how spoiled I've been with my last two full size trucks...

I’ll be changing my rear diff fluid in an about a 1000 miles. I know it uses 75-85 synthetic. Drain and fill plugs at 36 ft lbs. But what is the fluid capacity of the rear diff ?

It's still a little concerning when you have to shave down the snap, but agree, it's doable.
My bigger concern with the Tacorail is the phone mount has some nasty edges to it. Someday I'll end up scratching my camera lens when I'm in a hurry. I did ask them about it, but they pointed out I took too long installing it, so out of warranty and didn't provide any more info if mine is just a one-off defect...but I doubt it is but I'm also mystified that I never see anyone else reporting it.

Here is a tip: be sure you can unscrew the "fill" plug before you unscrew the "drain" plug.

I did that already, and I got new crush washers for both plugs also. Just wondering what the capacity was so I know how much to buy.

At least you have a swtich for the rear window. 2019 $32K+ TRD Sport (bought new) and didn't think to check if the rear window was power (for that price, I'd think it was a safe assumption). Bet you also have a remote for a garage door opener in that fancy truck! (you guessed it, didn't check that either). Oh, and only the driver side door has a sensor to auto-unlock.

Love the truck for what it is (a truck), just some simple stuff like that is a bit frustrating.

    There's like 20% off / free shipping.
Works better at some dealers than others. Stuart FL was good....Daytona not so good.

Doesn't really show all discounts until almost done with checkout.

    Yeah.
You'll need 4 quarts, and you don't need synthetic. Just get a jug of regular SuperTech from Walmart.

Do you know why the gear shop specifically say not to use synthetic?

the only time I've specifically avoided synthetic gear oil was trying to find it without the friction modifier(yes amsoil and a few others make it w/o the additive) for positrac clutches because on the GM lockers and others of that design the stickiness of the fluid causes issues for the mechanisms. Other than that there shouldn't be any reason to not run synthetic.

I believe that all came with the tech package and/or the premium sport package in 2019. Not sure which as my 2019 had both. But only the drivers door had the touch sensor for the lock.

looks like coils and leaf springs are cast and manufactured in Australia. Shocks appear to be assembled there as well. Couldn't find a Made in XYZ stamp on my full Dobinson's lift but it sure feels like high quality stuff to me.

I emailed them. The shocks are made in China. I guess I’m biased since my wife is from Taiwan. China wants to invade Taiwan.
