Just looking for some advice on building a nice single sub box that also houses my amp for my 09 pre runner std cab. Curious if anyone has any tips or suggestions on this build. Should i build the box the length of the whole bench seat or just the middle or drivers etc...? Thanks

It depends on what you want it to look like and how much space you are willing to give up. I did and enclosure/amp rack combo recently for coheed13 and I'll see if he can post a picture to give you an idea since I forgot to take one (the sub is behind the passenger seat and the amp rack has a notch where it goes around the seatbelt giving room to mount crossovers)

It sounds like you are the guy to talk to about Speaker boxes! i have a 03 Toyota Tacoma Base Cab, I have to 10 in Subs i want to but preferably behind the seat without cutting my cab!? Is this anyway possible? I have talked to guys around here (Indiana) and noone has a clue everyone says you gotta cut the cab. Is there anyway possible that this can be done if so do you have plans for it? If two is too much one will work too!!!! I apreciate your help man!

Mr. Marv would you be interested in building a box perhaps to fit a single sub with a spot for the amp also? If so would you have an estimate on how much it would cost?

I dont mind how much space it would take up just as long as it fits behind the seat. If you are not interested in making one then what would be my best choice for wood. Would it be plain old partical board? If so what woudl be a good thickness? Thanks

I build one like this for my 05 access cab. Mine only houses an 8" Rockford but it does the trick for me. I installed the amp under the driver seat. It doesn't rattle the doors off but you can sure feel it in the seat.

Unfortunately I do not have plans for that specific truck but if you can send me pictures of the area behind the seat I can photoshop them to let you know where I would need you to measure so we can make one!

I can do that for you or help you build it yourself. I am on extereme overload with emails etc due to the holidays and allergy problems so best bet is to give me a call at the number below and if that's not feasible PM me and I'll need to ask a few questions to make sure you get what works best for you! :)
