I have a 2014 2.7l I I think it has a head gasket fucked up, it's pushing water out of the reservoir and you can see air pushing thrue, any recommendations?
    Does a 2016-2023 gen3 2.7l fits the 2012-2015 gen2 or not?
I now it's expensive to fix the 2.7l
And it lasted 225k miles by the way

Yes. Test and prove that's the problem before proceeding with any solution.

You may be correct. Or not. HG failures on the 2.7 aren't common, and that's not too many miles. Has the truck been overheated?

tread carefully here...That many miles and you not knowing the history of the truck, you may be better off with a new, low miles engine. These head gasket jobs are tricky and a lot can go wrong... and I never hear of one with new head gasket job going for that many miles and it goes again. Need to do a lot of research before deciding whats best. A lot of engine resellers are selling junk engines too. good luck
