Single clunk from driverside

    Check the upper cab mount bushings/ radiator support bushings

    Sounds suspension related to me. A bad bushing, BJ, ball joint or CV shaft. Maybe even a missing pin on the brake caliper holding the pads.
    Also, check LCA cam bolts; should be 100 ft lbs.

    I had same exact noise took apart front end to replace ball joints, did my puter tie rods. Was the rad support bushings. I was 1000% convinced was suspension, have a buddy rock your truck back and forth to hear wher the sound is coming from.
    Clunk was rad support hitting body mount

    Color matched door handles, Weathertech floor liners, bed mat, Durafit seat covers, tailgate clamp, 2016 TRD Sport 17" wheels with Yokohama Geolander AT tires , Toyota exhaust tip, Toyota/Yakima bike rail mount, Toyota wheel locks, Toyota hitch cover, Redline hood struts, unifilter on air pump.
    How hard is that to change? My 2014 has been making a noise like the op’s truck for years.

    Not very hard to change using prybar, maybe block of wood. And a ratchet and wrench I have a bumper cut, and fender trim so have no fender liners. I went with energy suspension polyurethane. Stopped the front noise still need the 4 lower cab mount bushings, those will need to unbolt cab and slightly jack up off of frame. Pic is bottom view looking up.
