Yes the '22 & '23 Pro's have a different longer spring than the '17,'18,'19,'20, and '21 model year Pro's. Taller spring = more lift.

Finally got 90% of my Pro suspension in. I am still trying to find out if the rear U bolts from the Pro are different/longer than the stock Taco ones. That is the only missing link and then I am finally ready to install. This is the Pro suspension from the '22 and '23 model years. Yes the front spring is different and longer thus giving it a 1.5 inch lift over previous years and the reason Toyota installed a 1/2inch rear spacer or the Pro would sit higher in the front than the rear. That spacer levels out the rear. All parts are factory brand new.

Finally did my homework and found out there are 3 different lengths of U Bolts for 3rd Gen. Tacoma's. These finally arrived today for my Taco.
The first is obviously the stock U-Bolts. The second is the slightly longer U Bolt for the TDR Pro to accommodate the 1/2in. spacer ( see actual Pic below). The Third is an even longer U Bolt for the Bilstein TRD Lift Kit you buy at the parts counter from the dealer that has a 1in. spacer block. Part numbers below.

    90117-A0005 Stock U Bolt
    90117-A0004 TRD Pro U Bolt
90117-14011 TRD Lift kit U Bolt

Finally got the Pro suspension installed today. Very very happy. The ride is night and day over the stock Off Road Bilsteins.
Also removed the driver side Needle Bearing with a new bushing from East Coast Gear Supply. I figured with the front end all apart now is the time to do it.

Looking crisp. Also, thanks for sharing U-Bolt info.

Do you have a part number list for everything you installed? That would be handy if someone else was looking to do the same...

The part numbers listed below are for the TRD Pro Fox suspension for Tacoma model years 2022 and 2023 only. The reason is those were the only two years the suspension got new front longer springs, rear block spacers, and red anodized aluminum control arms. Thus it was the most lifted stock 3rd gen. Tacoma from the factory. I also recommend new control arm bolts if you get the Red control arms, the part #'s are listed below. Do NOT go down to you local dealer to buy these parts or you will fall down when you see the prices. Take those part #'s and go online. BAM Wholesale Parts is good place to start. Shop around and you will find some decent deals.

PT901-35220-RH (upper control arm right side)
PT901-35220-LH (upper control arm left side)
    PTR61-35220-RF (Pro shock right front)
    PTR61-35220-LF (Pro shock left front)
    PTR61-35220-RR (Pro shock right rear)
    PTR61-35220-LR (Pro shock left rear)
    PT82A-35220-SS (Spring spacer need 2)
    90117-A0004 (Pro U-bolts need 4)
90105-A0095 (Control arm bolts need 2)
