    So, we stroll into the lawyer's office (30 miles away and on a Friday afternoon I might add) and he says "will you be paying by check? Cause if you are you may need a cashier's check". :rolleyes:
    So we says "yes we are, and thank you for letting us know ahead of time". :facepalm:

    So he calls the title company and guess what?? They need a cashier's check.:frusty:

    Anyhow, we came home and got one of them fancy checks and Mrs. Stock is gonna take it up there Monday.:burnrubber:
    Btw...thats exactly how she drives, like her ass is on fire and she's looking for water. :rolleyes:

    Anyhow, right before we left the lawyer's office I proclaimed, "hey, aint we gotta sign sum papers or somethin before we ride on outta here?"
    And he was like "damn, I almost forgot"
    And I was like, "damn, you did forget".

    So as it stands, I reckon it'll be ours on Tuesday (title company closed Monday cause holiday. :oldglory:)

    To be honest, it was exactly as I suspected, a shitshow because nobody seems to do their job anymore.
