Talk about disrupting ones life:
I am choosing to drive to Winston on Monday to get some major recall work done on my BMW
Why you ask?
Because the dealer closest to me are fuckfaces who do the absolute minimum, treat every car as if it is disposable and have no sense of imperative..
I am choosing to waste at least half a day driving over there/back [x2] instead so that my car actually gets taken care of properly.
It is my car, not a lease, and I want someone who will respect that when they do this

Oh , good morning everyone.
Still feeling lousy. Been waking up for long periods of time and not sleeping well. I have some leaves to bag and that’s it . I think . Then I’ll try and do my best couch potato imitation anlong with some meds and see if that helps..

I mowed them yesterday and more fell last night

 

I don’t usually bag a whole lot either, but I planted grass at the gate to my backyard and can’t drive over it because I usually just fill my truck with them and haul them to the dump . So bagging it is my plan.


I might just bring truck to the gate and fill it up anyway. Leaves are light this year . No rain to weight them down

We don't really have many leaves at our house. But at grandma's she usually gets a lot but since she took out the diseased tree in the front there should only be half the amount of leaves falling in the front yard this year. Should be pretty easy to keep up with them. Her area has leaf pickup so you just dump them along the shoulder infront of your house and they'll come suck em up. No bagging needed

 

Good Morning all.

We don't do anything with the leaves on our property, except on our graven driveway. It's 200 yards long, and winding. Not wanting my wife, or her parents to drive off the driveway and end up in the ditch, I take my zero turn mower, leave the mower deck/blades at the highest setting, and use it as a giant leaf blower to blow them off the driveway.

 

My therapist says I abandon relationships at the first sign of discord, so I'm just going to get a new therapist

Don’t get me wrong. I understand in general that people today are not concerned about do thing right. Many of the them are preoccupied and feel under paid. How I know? A couple brothers that work for me, somedays are all over doing it right. Other days they get talking to each other and forget all that needs to be done. @amyracecar you are right, don’t expect people to do their job, and you will not be disappointed. But, is it not too much to ask to be treated like your time, money and property are equally important as theirs.
