Thanks! Camping should be work-less and comfortable. :bananadance:

    2024 TRD OR long bed
My long bed '24 TRD OR with upgrade package and few more things was barely more and it is a vehicle offering much more than a 2025. Inflation calculators are my friends that help me understand the world I'm in.
It was hard work but not in any way impossible to get ahead. Long ago I left my whiny reactionary associates, finished school, and developed important skills. More recently we watched or are watching our 3 kids do the same. They'll make more money than their parents ever will.

Lots of shopping and considering lots of vehicles showed us the pricing reality. No one put a gun to my head to buy to buy my Tacoma. As the 5th pickup I've owned since 1980 it is a tremendous product as much as as it is a plenty fine value.

The $58,000 versions were just not something I wanted thought I could have bought them. They don't really compare to models of yore when you consider the features. Now Toyota's and the competitors' mid level and mid trim pickups all make old models look good. The top safety pick status alone is a point worth considering. Older models could not achieve that.

It's a fantastic truck but I do think the price is slowing sales but deals are out there. I was able to get a Sport Long bed premium package for 47.5k. Sitting on lot since spring, they literally had to jump it for me to test drive it.
