    I saw a regear group buy but you gotta send your stuff to CA. So being without a truck for that long wouldn’t be possible. There are a few shops around that will do it for 2k plus parts. Or ECGS for about 2-2.5K I think plus shipping the cores back.

    Yeah I’ve read about some people driving down to have ECGS do it and getting an Airb&b for the night or whatever. I would probably just stay local though. That’s a lot of work lol

    Yea. I’m sure I can swap out the diffs myself and just stay around my house. The only down side, they don’t cyro the gears. I think they will polish them but I could be wrong on that one. I stopped putting them in the cart and daydreaming :rofl::drool:

    That’s really strange… never seen such a dramatic difference with same generations. Is his a 4cyl too?

    His was TRD V6. The throttle is night and day, I barely have to touch it for it to accelerate and pur lightly. The header I installed prior made a huge difference in that as well, so it's even more fragile now.

    Ahh, there it is… the difference maker.

    That’s great about the power gain. I could definitely feel the difference when I added mine. Just feels like the truck is more aggressive and alive!!
