I have a new to me ‘22 with less than 10k miles on it. I noticed just a tiny seep from what looks like the transmission lines.

can anyone else take a picture and tell me is this semi normal?

it should be dry… but I just wonder if others have seen this too. Pic from passenger side engine bay, looking down towards trans tunnel.

It’s not normal. You need to get it fixed. If from a dealer have them do it.

It's a seep not a leak, it won't be covered, have it inspected before the warranty expires though.

Toyota considers anything that isnt a droplet to be a seep and not deemed repair-worthy.

That’s sort of what I was thinking is it might not bad bad enough to get covered..

I purchased the truck from a toyota dealer so I’ll definitely check in with them before it goes off warranty next October.

For now I cleaned it off and I’ll see how long it takes to come back. It had wet down the side of the pan but hadn’t dripped.

I don't think it is a tranny. Check the engine block behind and under the power steering pump.
My engine has a seeping timing chain cover. Today I was doing the oil change and saw oily residue around your depicted area.

99% sure it’s the 90 degree fitting that goes in the transmission. I crawled all over the truck this weekend doing fluid film before winter. This is past the bell housing. Front of the motor is completely dry, all the sides of the motor are dry. Transmission vent line is dry. Just an odd thing to leak. I don’t know if these fittings are o-ring sealed or if they have a crush washer.. appears to be a crush washer.
