I am abuot to start running power wire from the battery to behind the rear seats in a 2011 double cab. How do you remove the interior scuff panels (inside the front and rear doors where your feet may hit enterring or exiting the vehicle)? I am sutre is something simple like "It's just friction clips, give it a yank up, in, etc..." But I want to make sure before I go snatching panels and breakign something. Thanks for the help!

Just pull, only held in by clips

^^What he said. For the fronts make sure you remove the kick panels first.

My apologies, the kick panels aren't removed before the sill plates but removing them will help with fishing wire. The passenger kick panel has a knob thingy that unscrews then the panel pulls off. The driver side is much the same but there's a foot rest that pulls off first.
