Looks like rectangle tubing that's rusted/patina and then powdercoated uprights.

It is a powder coated frame looks to be made out angle iron. We could make those pickets out of 3/4" square and let them patina.

I didnt realize thats what you do @KingOfTheNorth and yes I want it to be a black metal frame and then ~1” wood slats. I need 3 of them and they would be approximately 4’ wide x 5’ tall single gates. Handle etc. does not need to match the picture, its just something I pulled off the internet.

Also the wood detail doesnt need to match. I cant quite tell how they built the one in this picture but it looks like there are horizontal wood supports behind the verticle slats. Those supports could just be black metal.

Yeah I run a fence and fabrication company.

We could make whatever you want. Looks like they made the frame then built a wood panel to inlay inside. For the lock box do you want a single or a double lock box? As far as the wood detail are you looking for something that is like that semi privacy? Installed or just materials?

Anyone have an air bnb or a recommendation for a place to stay around mesa over Thanksgiving? Having a last min family reunion/ Thanksgiving with my grandmother and apparently I'm one of the last to find out. I gotta find somewhere for my girlfriend and I, and 2 daughters to stay the 28th to the 30th or maybe just one night. Hotel/ motel is fine too..... figured I'd ask my pheonix peeps before I go down the web rabbit hole.... something decent but not 5 star or rented by the hour....
Close to brown and 202 preferred...

Sweet! Preference would be installed. The walls wont be complete potentially until January so you wont even be able to come measure until they are done. We're waiting on the concrete block to be manufactured, they quoted us 12-16 weeks about 8 weeks ago. :frusty:

Semi-privacy is fine. Hard to tell in that picture but it looks something like 1" slats and then 1" gaps. Maybe its all 1/2". Also looks like maybe the horizontal lines are just wood spacers to create the gaps between the slats. Im not too concerned how that is executed as long as the general look/feel is similar to the picture. Its for an architecturally significant house so it needs to be cool/higher end looking.

As for the lock box, at our last house we had a double sided mechanical lockset that used a 4 digit code you punched in. It had an actual handle on both sides. Something like that would be good. Ideally it would be digital/wifi and still meet the above requirements, and be black. We've gotten really used to keyless entry for the house, being able to set an expiring one time code for contractors etc. Also, we would like one of the gates to have a handset that doesn't lock at all since its an internal gate from the backyard to the pool equipment/trash can storage area.

This is almost exactly like what we had at our last house.

It was a blast! :D All I had to do was check in, sign a waiver and helmets, gloves, goggles and the keys to their $40k top of line side by side were provided. :burnrubber:

I got the 2 seater 240hp yellow maverick r and I think it had 3.0 fox shocks. It was so dusty, but everyone got to run those can ams flat out through the open wash and on trails in a variety of terrain for a good 30 minutes. I made sure to run the snot out of mine.

At full throttle bombing through the whoops and the wash the maverick r soaked everything up. I was expecting the ride to be harsh, but it was the complete opposite.

I was really hoping to compare it to the x3 turbo rr, but everyone only got one run. I'm going to scope out a few dealers around town to see what kind of deals can be had.

I would have, if only to get to meet you, but am not really in the market for a $40k buggy. I did not want to take time away from serious buyers.

Is RideNow at 202/Gilbert (south intersection) a dealer?

I believe ridenow and Nash powersports are the main can am dealers in the valley. I think that location is ridenow Chandler? I've seen the maverick r's cheaper in other states. Part of the reason I wanted to drive the x3 turbo rr is they're cheaper than the new mavericks.

Anyway, I'll be in AZ for a while longer. I gave up on house hunting for a bit a signed a lease. I'll have to pop in a group meet one of these days.
