Prototype crossmember delete bumper is a success… wing light options, optional 7 light mount, proper power steering cooler relo with integrated winch control relo.

 

that looks awesome. what cooler is that? guessing that bracket is another part your prototyping.

 

That is a mishimoto 10 row cooler that will be included in the kit. and you are correct on the brackets. Also part of the kit but will be available separately also.

 

Awesome. it got me thinking that might not be a bad route for me to go with my bumper that im in the middle of welding up. that power steering cooler is damn close to the bumper/ winch.

 

Have you worked out a backup cam mount and the sonar sensors?


Can the S2 lights be installed/removed with the bumper in place?

Any chance of a black friday sale?

 

S2s can be removed/installed without taking the bumper off.

I have one more swing out left without back up camera provisions. Moving forward they will all have a cut out and I am working on a harness.

still haven’t gotten to the sensors. But I think the swing out will interfere with them. I think a back up camera and sensors are a little redundant but I may still try and figure something out when time allows.

How does the swing out get in the way of the sensors, I thought they’re basically holes in the main part of the bumper?

 

I think the sensors may pick up the swing out is what I mean even though it’s above the bumper. I am unsure of the “cone” they put out to detect objects.

In House Snorkel was on hold while the inner fender kit from JD Fabrication was and installed. Do to the new inner fender kit I had JD install the snorkel. It required some modification to the plumbing going into the new inner fender. Came out great JD's crew did an awesome job on the entire install. Thanks again Derik for getting me in on that first order and all the help with the install information.

Forgive my ignorance, but whose lower control arms are in use in your spindle photo?

 

That is a JD fab long travel kit. I currently have mine paired with with btf UCA & LCA

 

Any idea when the in-house snorkels will be available to order again?
