Unfortunately even Utah has HOA's. Lehi is one huge HOA itself. Layton might be another, and maybe a couple other cities in Utah County, SL County, Davis, and Weber County.

 

Yep, which is why we don't live in any of those cities/counties...

my biggest gripes are being on the outskirts on the opposite side of town of everything else and the infrastructure was build for a population like half the size it is now and its still growing

Taco down on the West Bound 202 North of Tempe Marketplace this morning.

Normally I dont rubberneck but traffic was light and Im kinda curious what the heck happened.

MGM Taco on grey F5/Gen5's and an F550 Stakebed both seemed to be missing their passenger side wheels/tires. Never seen anything like it.

I friend has 100 acres of forest SW of Chapel Hill NC, but 40 miles out. She lets a logging company cut/replant once a year for a fee and that pay her annual property taxes. But even she has developers looking to make "luxury" housing developments that are far out of the populated city.

 

I need to do that. The crew at OffroadPassport.com require you to have real recovery points to go on their trips. All I have are the "in-transit tie-downs" from when it was on an auto carrier.

I haven't been up there since we looked at houses up there. Then the economy went to shit. Now that trumps back. We all gonna do better financially.
