12s are what my schedule is, but I picked up 3 extra shifts to cover a coworker's vacation time. I normally only work 7 straight instead of 10.

 

7? I don’t even wanna work 5. 4 would be better.

got word late last night that my wheels are done from powdercoat only two and a half weeks late or is it three weeks now? the main issue is the dude didnt finish the job... he was suppose to coat the wheels and paint the hub caps to match but has decided he will not paint the caps so ill have to figure that one out my self i guess... but at least i get my wheels and my new tires come in this weekend.

 

So I went to get the wheels but they are the wrong color and they left the damn wheel weights on.. so they are getting redone. I've already sorted things out with the owner and that is getting worked out as well with the issues I've had with them.

Ye! It took awhile to get them so if you do get some expect to wait over a week to maybe two? It took discount 3-4 days to call them and about 5-6 days to ship. The tires I have are still good but also not good since they don't hold traction at all in rain or snow (according to online). Per the weight and price I don't think you can go wrong with these tires

It's been a bit of an annoyance that is for sure.. if the second delay was told to me I wouldn't have cared at all but the fact I was basically ghosted on it until I got a random text 5 days later and they were not right was rather annoying...

 

Still not sure of Nokians. Both sets my family have had didn't seem to last. Moms Ones were dry rotting after 2 or so years and they were on a garage kept car. When I had the Rotiivas on the Taco they wore faster than I'd expect and got pretty loud after a while.

 

What size are they?

 

Who knows tbh read a lot of good reviews and tbh other then a k03 idk what else to go with. I can understand them not lasting as long since they are suppose to be a softer compound then others so wait and see I guess.

Yeah, I meant the delay caused by them being the wrong color. I'd be inclined to just ask for a refund and go shopping for a different powder coat shop.

 

i havent paid for anything yet atm he is giving me a discount and redoing the color and i get a heavy discount if i bring anything back to get coated as well. he admitted he messed up and has pissed me off and basically ghosted me and is trying to fix it and get me set right so i will see how he does. i did ask him if he even looked at the wheels when they were coated he told me no he had one of his guys do it for him since he has 3-4 employees but here is the interesting thing... he had the dark grey metallic powdercoat in the shop so he is wondering if someone put the wrong powder on the wheels.

this was the color we had talked about so idk why it was done a different color... now dont get me wrong that color was very pretty in person and i liked it but not the color i wanted and its way to bright imo for my blue truck
