Missed yesterday, so I’d like to take a minute to thank all the veterans for giving me the opportunity of such a great country to live in. Thanks for keeping it free!

It’s going to be another sunny cool and beautiful day in the neighborhood! Meeting a bud at Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Then out in the yard to blow some more leaves the snow left.

Make this your best day yet! And thanks again veterans!

    And to you as well.

Good morning. I have basically 3 medical appointments today. An 8am hearing test with a follow up ear doctor appointment, same office. This is in Bethesda, so I need to leave around 6:45am. Then a 3pm appointment with my GP. going to be a busy day.

    Best of luck!
    Brrrr!
Currently 28* here, but getting to a balmy 58 today! Great temp to be outside!
Kettlebell day, then yard work as in bush/tree trimming, leaf raking/blowing, vitamin D absorption (LOL!), refill bird feeders, check raccoon traps, etc. In general a lovely piddling day.

    Have a great day everyone!

Eye exam yesterday, new glasses ordered. Whole thing came off without a hitch. I have the worst luck trying to accomplish this, because of untrained people, and distraction issues... so yesterday, went to a new place in town. Wife was right. Very professional, and enough trained people to actually get it done. And most importantly, NO CELL PHONE distractions. What a relief! Their parking lot is always full when we go by... dead giveaway.

Good morning. All visits yesterday were decent. I did get a referral to a knee specialist. Looking at whatever I need to do to make my left knee better. There is no Cartiedge in the left knee. Off to the gym then back home for Chair Yoga. Making pasta for dinner.

Another gorgeous day on the front range! I really love fall with only one reason not to, it leads us to winter…LOL! Great outside day yesterday. Found another raccoon in a dog proof trap. That’s two monsters this week!

26* now, but mostly sunny with a high of 62* today…NICE! Perfect temp to be outside!

Hoping everyone can make today a great fall day!

:pccoffee: Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Wow, and chilly morning, and one more tomorrow. Nicely in the 70's today, then warming again. Have a call with some "care" group that's going to assist my recovery by emails and phone calls. Oh boy! Then, I'm seriously going to get after the greenhouse!

And the cardiologist nurse just messaged that my Echo got reviewed, and my "heart squeeze remains normal, which is great news."
