Seems most of Americans feel the same way about the orange man.

You cant sit here and say this shit weve had for the last 4 years is any better.

Ill keep my stance. Shits gonna get better on many fronts for Americans regardless of what the media says.

 

Maybe they'll eliminate HUD and bring back redlining. That would benefit me, a lot.

Prescott, P Valley and chino are all great places. I hope those prices go down.

My Grandma is still up that way.. but we just miss the small town vibes and want to be closer to what we like to do. Have been finding a few places up in Prescott close to NF that we really like. no HOA again, more property, etc.

 

The Prescott area is outstanding.
We just moved here a couple months ago and its been great

Only real complaint is canadian traffic jams (no you go first) and swarms of old (but mostly friendly) folks at costco

St. George, UT is scenic. Idaho was one of my favorite states to visit this summer. There's not much in the way of job opportunities there, but outdoor activities are solid .

 

I grew up up there.. definitely miss it. It's changed a lot though.. some for good, some for worse.

 

Something we been talking about but its years down the road.

Well, see there you have it. It's not just me. Several other's are thinking about leaving the furnace state too.

Las Vegas may be next for me. I want to travel DV more, but dislike the 5 hour drive just to get there. 2 hour drive is better.

 

I've heard Henderson is a little more desirable than parts of Vegas. All I know is the fireworks selection in Pahrump was great. I may have filled the bed of the truck on two separate occasions this summer. It's best to do that in the off season to avoid check points if one tends to import them into certain regions.

 

I am thinking that this area just the other side of the ridge from Henderson, close to many hiking trails. Decent rental prices, compared to what PHX is becoming.

 

Well if I had my way I would be driving tomorrow. But I had to go off and get married so someone else has a opinion on where I should live.......
