Like the title says, my drivers seat belt was completely soaked after a day of rain. No other signs of leaking anywhere, the floor is dry and the passenger side is dry. I installed an aftermarket roof rack last year and have never noticed any issues until today. I’m stumped, any ideas how this happened and how to fix it?

It’s leaking through one of the bolts in the roof. Remove and apply a sealant to the threads on the bolt in the center of the rack.

do you have a sunroof? I had a similar A pillar leak/seat belt area leak and it was a clogged drain hose for the sunroof track.

alternatively, do you have roof rack? mine started a bit of a leak and the "mid" point for the rack is basically there!

    Access cab?

I have that problem on occasion. While it was under warranty the dealership did something that fixed it for a while, but the problem returned. I recall reading something about the way one or more of the door seal gaskets were attached and sealed to the door body panels, water would pool and then get in past the gasket fasteners.

I need to take that access cab door panel off and just go nuts with silicone sealant.
