    A couple years after I received it as a gift, I threw a scope on it. Never really liked it. It just didn't look right on that rifle. Took it off two years later and haven't regretted it one bit.

    Got home from the doctor, my oldest son calls. he is out on the lease. shot one this morning. not a good shot. he jumped it and backed out as i taught him. super foggy this morning, asked if id drive out. so im feeling good. drove an hour,we went in and found it 100yds from last blood. made me feel needed. i came home,didnt even hunt the evening. im starting on Monday.
