Is there something better than a Lunar Rock Taco???

    Perhaps I've found it!

(Sadly this mini is not mine)

Yes - I'll tell you... its hard to beat those approach and departure angles! - Even with those 10" wheels...

(BTW - the leather straps are not rated recovery points - but you can see the red eye bolts below the 'bullbar' (more of a 'Mousebar') )

No winch required. The owner and a buddy can pull this from most any bog.

    :D

Thanks man. I get it but I have to say, just ripping in the s2000 is worth it. Try to find a way. I feel they have dropped in value a bit, I paid the pandemic price for it.

You may have just changed my mind about what color wheels to get. Those look great.

I have had mine about a year and a half now, and just crossed 7,500 miles as I work from home and don't drive much. Of the cars I have, I actually drive the Tacoma the most due to wanting to keep door dings and damage off the two Lexus, dog transport, crappy roads here, etc. There is no beater like a truck, and the Tacoma takes it in spades.

Pretty much all stock except for the VLEDs rear tail light brake/blinker conversion kit, though I added the TRD PRO front grill, TRD skid plate, TRD exhaust and TRD CAI. Sometimes I think about doing more to modify it, but it meets my needs pretty well as-is now and I don't want to get to the point where I do too much then regret it (been there).

I will say that I've struggled to get comfortable in this truck more than any other. I'm 6'1" and just can't seem to feel comfortable in the seat. Thought about seat jackers but have read mixed reviews, and also concerned about steering wheel placement/visibility if I move the front of the seat up. Thoughts or experiences to share?

Just play around with seat positions until you find something you like. I'm 6'3" and have room to move the seat even further back if I wanted.

6-1 here as well. I fiddled with seat positions until I found a set-up that worked. NO issues here. Even on very long drives.

    No additions needed.

Added the new twill soft topper to my truck. So much easier to load up my camping gear and go.

This is my 2022 Trail edition. A bit of a bare-bones truck except a few electronic TRD pro features included. Love the truck and still looks as good as it does in this picture. I am not 6' 1". I am 5' 10" and the view out the windshield was awkward more than the seats being uncomfortable. I installed seat-jackers almost the first week I had the truck, and the comfort of the seat, the view out the windshield and all-around happiness in the feel of the drive improved immediately. For a guy of my height, I cannot recommend the seat jackers enough. But that's just me.
