Just for clarification, it is not a pair of angled shims for "vibes" or driveline purposes, it is only a single 1/2" square block only for the driverside rear leaf.

So much better......quieter, no metal on metal, no clunking.....but still have to figure out the caliper and tire situation though.

I could ask the guy from work for a price on tires. What size did you want? Also, rockauto sells new calipers.

Still working on which calipers i am going with and trying to budget for 4 new ones. Looking at toyo AT3's in 34x10.5 17's. Ask him what what price he might be able to get them for.

Thanks, didn’t see that. I have the angled shims. Found them but I don’t have the center pins if anybody needs them.

Were they never installed? Or do you only have the front shim?

Maybe I can get you to volunteer for mine too:D

Had a little mod day at @TacoTuesday603 with @CttAznRanger today. No pics sorry.
But I can’t speak highly enough of Jacks skills and Brandon’s help! Thanks a bunch guys!
    :fistbump::fistbump:

Had a crazy squeak when it went back together.
Found out at home ( just now finished) when I zipped the LCA bolts back on they were twisted/ binding ?? The fix was to loosen them, get each one progressively closer to torque.
All quiet, torqued, lubed and painted.

That’s interesting. I work with Delrin a lot and wouldn’t think it would need that.

Me either but I think I tightened the one bolt all the way then the other and it must have bound up or kicked. When I loosened the rear bolt the arm moved a bit.

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
Also you are r supposed to do the final tightening with the weight of the vehicle on the ground. If not your bushings can get bound up

They’re delrin… literally did Jared’s up in the air the day before without issue.
My truck just likes making funny noises I think

I think that's your truck's way of telling you that it wants to go wheeling.

One person can do it but two people make the job easier. You might want to have a ratchet strap on hand to help the axle line up.
